You will sit down with Michelle for up to an hour to see all the photos from your session directly following your photo shoot.

After you book, you will receive Michelle’s in-depth style prep E-guide to help you, along with access to Michelle’s private “What to Wear to Your Shoot” video. This will fully prepare you on what looks best on camera, what to bring to your shoot, and how to fully prepare.

The photoshoot is 45-60 minutes. This is more than enough time to change your outfit multiple times. Please plan to arrive 15 min before your shoot time. The professional makeup and image reveal take about an hour each. So please plan 3 hours for the full experience.

We will provide the professional makeup application and hair styling. We recommend you come with a photo of yourself wearing makeup to discuss with our artist so she can create the makeup look based on your makeup tastes. However, we recommend you do your own hair if you are very particular about its shape or style. We are not able to offer a full blowout, just light waves or curls. So please come with your hair clean and dry.

Our Signature Studio Headshot sessions are reserved specifically for our pre-scheduled event dates at our satellite locations. We do offer on-location personal branding, and the team shoots on-location upon request. We are happy to create a custom quote for your project.

Absolutely, and your images will receive the highest level of professional retouching in the industry. After you select your favorite images you’d like to purchase to keep, you can add any editing notes you’d like done. Then, our professional retoucher will finish them with our signature magazine quality editing, including skin smoothing, minimizing wrinkles, taming flyaways, teeth whitening, and more. Please allow 2-3 weeks turnaround time from your shoot to deliver finished headshots.

Yes. Every image purchased includes the full rights of use for all of your professional business purposes, including print and online use.

You can absolutely book a shoot with your business partner as two Signature Headshot Sessions. We would accommodate you on the schedule to be booked as back-to-back sessions. You will each have a headshot photoshoot, and then we will end the shoot with a few partner shots together.
Then, both partners will meet with Michelle directly following your shoot for the photo reveal.
For teams of 3 or more, please inquire for a custom quote.

We require a non-refundable & non-transferable payment of the session fee at the time of the booking consultation call.
This ensures the spot is definitely yours, as we have many inquiries and are limited to only 3 spots a day. Therefore, we are unable to hold a spot without payment of the session fee.
At the time of your photoshoot reveal, you will view all your headshots and select the ones you’d like to purchase to keep. Payment for your headshot images or collections is due at the time time of the reveal, or we are happy to offer a 1-3 month payment plan.
Please note that if you choose to do a payment plan for a collection, the first payment is due at the reveal, and your images are only delivered once payment is paid in full.
Most clients prefer to put it on a credit card so they can receive all of their headshots ASAP once retouching is finished and not wait 2-3 months.
